More shocking news, the drinks industry is not doing enough to cut down consumption.  I'm not quite sure what to think, on the one hand a moderate quantity of red wine is said to be good for you and on the other the trade is an unpaid tax collector who perhaps feel a bit miffed at being told to police the populice too.
