Highland & Island Surcharges
Delivery surcharges apply to the following areas:
- Highlands & Scilly Isles (B): £25.30 (delivery is 2-3 extra working days)
- Isle of Wight (W): £23
- Scottish Islands (I): £46.50
- Isle of Man (Z): £23
- Northern Ireland (N): £23
Timed Delivery Charges
Timed deliveries can be arranged. They carry the following surcharge:
- Before 9am (F): £17.70
- Before 10am (X): £9.50
- Before 12noon (M): £6
- Saturday before 9am (SF): £29.50
- Saturday before 10am (SX): £23.50
- Saturday before 12noon (S): £17.70
Breakages, Non-Delivery and Short Deliveries
Any damaged bottles or missing cases must be reported to us by email, phone or fax as early as possible and within 5 working days of the expected delivery date. Failure to inform us within this time could lead to the items no longer being covered by insurance and no recompense being available.
Please be certain to check the number of parcels you are signing for. We will not replace wines that have been signed for but not received. Any missing cases of wine will be chased up within the couriers system and, provided we have been informed within the time limits specified, and the case(s) is untraceable, we will send replacements as fast as possible.
Shop Collections
Our shop is located on Pillings Road, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6QF
Pillings Road is off Lands End Way; this is the first right hand turn (by the entrance to the Sixth Form college) after the level crossing, taking the road to Melton Mowbray.
Pillings Road Industrial Estate is clearly signposted at the level crossing and at the turning.
Pillings Road is the first right hand turn at the far end of Lands End Way.
We are 2/3rds of the way down on the Left Hand Side, after Jeff Dale’s Auction House and Alfa Blinds.
Our opening hours are:
- Tuesday to Thursday - 9am – 5pm
- Friday - 9am – 7pm
- Saturday - 10am – 5pm
- Monday and Sunday - Closed
